Bad Habits?

Do you have any bad habbits?
I'm not sure.

Does this count?

I freak out over small things. For example, if I have a tiny quiz that I did study for, I'll spend the entire night worrying. Even if I try to not worry about that, I'll worry anyway. I walk around in circles in my room, trying not to worry and make myself tired, so I can go to sleep.

Maybe you have OCD?

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder? Nope. My mom thinks that I sort of have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder).

I usually read to calm myself down. That helps a lot. ^^

My bad habit is letting my anger out on innocent people. XD

Uh. . . I think you might have gotten confused by my post. My bad habit is worrying over a variety of things, even if they aren't a big deal, not walking around at night. That was just an example. I don't do that all the time. Worrying, yeah. Walking, no. XD

I eat ice to much. I know it sounds werid but I do! Like I just Put my hand under the ice thingy and get 2 cubes. One for me and one for Jax. when ever we get ice for like water he purks up and you can tell he's in his mind going "Ice Cube?"

Does this count? When I'm seriously thinking about something, I tilt my head to the left. Not completely, but a slight tilt. I didn't notice it for a while, because it was a tiny movement. I don't know why. I think it helps me concentrate. It's weird. XD

Weird, but I don't think it's a bad habit, unless it's affecting something, or making something worse.

Oh, another bad habit is procrastination. Even though I try to do my homework, and I tell myself I'll do it right away. I do it at the last minute. :\

You do them without thinking. The only reason I realized what my bad habits were is because my mom pointed them out to me. I didn't even notice them. . .

I curse too much.
I used to bite my fingernails, but I got braces and it got hard to do it, so I just stopped.
